Space Specification

Although each location has a unique preposition, there are a few basic requirements that are necessary for our client to use the space for an ATM. Following is a minimum requirement list of specifications that MUST be met for any space to be considered for an ATM

Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10' x 10' sq ft area
  • 5 KW power connection with 3 Phase
  • Roof top should be strong enough to hold upto 300 Kgs of load factor
  • Clear Title
  • Minimum 7 Year Lease
